Terms and Warranty:

Our high quality XenonCar.com HID conversion kits are all covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects, in which a manufacturer-defective part, in the kit and within the warranty period will be replaced at no additional charge with a similar product.

The warranty is void if the cause of damage or failure is due to abuse, neglect, improper installation, and use other than the intended use or application, accidents or natural disasters.

All bulbs are age tested and burned-in by the manufacturer prior to delivery. Burst / exploded HID bulbs are not covered by warranty.

We will also refund any kits within 7 days that are in perfect working condition, that have NOT yet been installed, and that are sent back with ALL included components, documentation, and in original packaging.

All return kits more than 7 days and less than 30 days is subject to a 20% restocking fee and funds will be issued only after our staff examines the product and finds it defect free. Please contact us to get a return authorization prior to shipping the item back. Any return without an approval will not be accepted.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to incur all warranty and return shipping charges.

XenonCar.com cannot be held responsible for the misuse of any products sold or distributed by us. The customer will bear all possible expenses caused by misuse or mishandling of the products received.XenonCar.com strives to provide our clients with the most accurate information possible concerning the use and installation of the kits. However, in all cases it is ultimately the customer's role and responsibility to verify all pertinent information.

XenonCar.com will endeavor to fill all orders within three business days from the confirmation of payment. This service aims at providing our clients with a high level of service however under certain conditions beyond our control delivery times may be longer.

Professional installation is required for all our products. We are not responsible for improper installations by non-professionals.

  • Returns: Returns are only accepted with a Authorization. An Authorization request is available for downloading on this website. The completed application can be sent to our Customer Service Department via email or regular mail. A Customer Service agent will contact you with an Authorization confirmment and further instructions. We will NOT accept any returns without an Authorization.
  • Exclusions: This Limited Warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from water damage, fire, chemical spillage, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, submersion, vehicle crash, dropping or by any other type of impact. ANY modification to the system and components, or operating on a vehicle with a defective headlight housing, will automatically void the warranty. Except for the Limited Warranty as stated above, there is no warranty of XenonCar.com products or any part thereof, whether expressed or implied.
  • Exclusion of Damage: In no event shall XenonCar.com or any distributor be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, consequential damages, incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of time, inconvenience, or other losses) arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use a XenonCar.com product. XenonCar.com reserve the right to change the design and function of their products without any obligation to modify any previous product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
  • Repair or Replacement: If a XenonCar.com product is suspected of being defective, please contact XenonCar.com to obtain an Authorization. Include your receipt of professional installation and other proof of purchase along with a copy of the product registration card and a description of the problem. The returned product will be inspected by our technicians. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Limited Warranty, the sole remedy is repair or replacement, at XenonCar.com option. A repaired or replacement product will be shipped back at no charge, and will be warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use for one year from original date of purchase. Removal, installation, or reinstallation costs are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
